Guilford woman makes healthy Derpy Doggy treats in her kitchen; business is a family affair

GUILFORD — The mere mention of pet dog treats receives all people in the Pan house energized — humans and furry household users, alike.

Truly, these doggy delights have taken above their house. The kitchen island is approximately overflowing with 4-quart containers filled with elements to develop handcrafted “simple, clean up and crunchy” pet treats.

The business is a relatives affair. Banu Pan, alongside with her husband, Jeff Pan, is the co-founder of Derpy Doggy and their two kids, 12-calendar year-old Noah and 10-12 months-previous Lila perform together with them.

The family’s two Icelandic Sheepdogs, Bonny and Sadie, are the flavor-testers.
