Sinus Infection Treatment Using Herbal Remedies
Sinus infections are quite annoying and painful due to the swelling and accumulated mucus that hampers your breathing. With some luck, you will not need to follow the instructions on the second day, as the symptoms will be immediately eliminated.
4. Treating sinus infection can also be done by drinking a shot of Noni juice a few times a day. Although does not taste good, Noni juice is a great remedy for the problem. You can find bottled Noni juice at health food store nearby your home.
5. Grapefruit seed extract has powerful properties to combat fungi, bacteria, parasites, microbes and viruses. It is also great for treating sinus infections. Use the extract as a nasal spray (find it easily at drugstores) and you will notice that the symptoms will leave you in no time.
6. Prepare 6 ounces of water and put 1 to 2 teaspoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar into it. To make the solution more digestible, you can add a teaspoon of stevia or raw honey. Drink the concoction three times a day for five consecutive days. The apple cider vinegar is great for mucus congestion, so that it could be eliminated easily.
7. As sinus infection may be triggered by food allergies, steer clear from the triggers such as milk, yoghurt, cheese and ice cream. Avoiding these foods is necessary for faster recovery from the symptoms.
